Job Description

The primary role of the Quality Analyst is to ensure adherence to company standards by evaluating internal business processes. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, documenting, analyzing, and resolving challenges related to quality control (QC).

This is a fully remote position based in the US. Occasional in-person requirements may include travel to warehouse locations for auditing purposes. The work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30a -5:30p Eastern time. Our benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance; 401k with company match and PTO.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, documenting, analyzing, and resolving challenges in the quality control process.
  • Conducting Corrective Action and Root Cause Analysis, and documenting findings.
  • Creating, implementing, documenting, and enhancing internal processes and procedures.
  • Analyzing reports/data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and challenges.
  • Evaluating ISO and AS standards to ensure and maintain compliance.
  • Developing, implementing, and refining internal training programs across various departments.
  • Participating in customer audits and evaluations.
  • Conducting internal QC audits.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in Corrective Action, Root Cause Analysis, and Documentation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
  • Training experience.
  • Preferred experience with AS9100 and/or ISO9001.
  • Occasional travel may be required to warehouse locations for auditing.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
