About the role

Angi is seeking a Temporary Quality Assurance Analyst to support our Call Center Sales Team. As a Temporary Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and facilitating an end to end QA process for call center sales agents across our BPO call center sites. 

This position will be remote and require candidates to work up to a 40 hour work week and be located in Eastern or Central time zones. The hourly rate for this role ranges between $15-$20/hour. This assignment will go through the end of the year with possibility of extension. 

What you’ll do

  • Auditing calls to ensure alignment with our QA Scorecard / defined best practices along several criteria (e.g., call dispositioning, agent tone, professional behavior, etc)
  • Maintaining QA reporting / scorecards and conducting ad hoc analysis as needed
  • Auditing the work of the QA analysts at each BPO to ensure alignment with Angi HQ expectations
  • Coaching QA analysts or individual agents when non compliance issues arise

Who you are

  • Possession of 4 year undergraduate degree
  • Experience in Customer Experience or Quality Assurance
  • Strong analytical skills (basic experience with Excel and reporting tools)
  • Detail oriented and strong communication/ collaboration skills
  • Any experience in sales or in a call center environment is preferred
  • Has access to a dedicated remote workspace without interruptions
  • Reliable access to a high-speed, hard-wired internet connection
