Quality Assurance Engineer

We are a remote-first FinTech company looking for a QA Engineer to join our team. You will support the QA team in developing our test suites. You will be an important player of a growing team working on new testing technologies to refine Array's testing processes and communications between product, support, and engineering.

You Will:

• Develop functional test automation scripts
• Automate existing manual test cases and work with the product squads to implement test automation scripts as part of sprint cycles
• Support manual testing as the automation framework matures and whenever needed
• Work with the product team to understand user stories and their acceptance criteria
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Provide accurate reports of test progress to the product squad and QA leadership teams
• Improve the development of our functional automation systems
• Integrate OWASP security best practices into QA framework & testing processes
• Integrate static and dynamic secure code testing tools into QA framework
• Work with InfoSec compliance team and security engineers

You have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer with automation focus
• Experience with source/version control systems
• Intermediate proficiency with an automation scripting language such as JavaScript or Python
• Experience in creating & running SQL queries
• Proficient in API testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, cURL.
• Proficient in front-end testing tools such as Cypress
