Quality Engineer

Your responsibilities:

• Quality assurance of products and processes and avoid problems when delivering solutions to customers;
• Implementing customer quality requirements;
• Control Plans development and implementation with focus on in-process quality controls;
• Final quality controls and in-process controls recording, data gathering and analyzing;
• Initiating problem solving for internal and external quality issues: RCA (8D, 5W, Ishikawa, etc.); Failure analysis;
• Corrective and preventive actions implementation, action plans follow-up, verification of solutions;
• Risk assessment on internal quality issues and improvement plan development on mitigation of the risks;
• Participation in PFMEA development and update;
• Raising the quality awareness at operational level throughout trainings;
• Long-term overall production quality improvement with focus on issue prevention rather than just control;

• Electrical Engineering
• Preferably 2 years of experience in similar position ;
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
• Very good knowledge of Excel;
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system is an advantage;
• Strong communication and organizing skills.
