Quality Engineering Lead

Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will oversee the daily activities of a team dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Your day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, facilitating team collaboration, and driving initiatives that enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. You will play a pivotal role in integrating quality processes within the project ecosystem, ensuring that deliverables meet business and functional requirements while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure alignment with project goals. - Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any quality-related issues. - Promote best practices and innovative approaches to improve testing processes and outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Testing. - Strong knowledge of test planning, test case design, and defect management within Salesforce environments. - Experience with automation tools and frameworks relevant to Salesforce testing. - Familiarity with integration testing and end-to-end testing strategies. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Testing. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
