What will you do?

The Quality Tech Solutions Systems Specialist will be part of a hard-working, impactful team. This role offers the chance to work in an environment where your contributions will have a genuine impact on the delivery of industry leading electronic Quality Management Systems Solutions that support our clinical research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement solutions in the Veeva Quality Suite to given specifications.

• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify and agree system requirements.

• Provide support and problem-solving solutions for system-related issues.

• Maintain strict attention to detail in all system updates and configurations.

• Perform various aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle such as requirements writing, change control management and testing.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 3 years of experience with quality management systems (QMS), Computer System Configuration and Validation.

• Experience with Veeva Quality Suite at least 1 year

• Experience with GxP Systems is highly preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills

• Exceptional customer service capabilities
