Your Role and Responsibilities
This specialty requires Quote to Cash (Q2C) process knowledge. Responsibility of
accurately handling processing/transaction requirements. Focuses on executing or
changing the scope of products and services delivered for existing contracts. This may
involve new contracts and/or expanding or managing existing client relationships.
Typical responsibilities include resolving client issues and working with IBM teams to
support for delivery of products to clients world-wide. Maintain and disposition new
field inventory and related process. Execution of defined processes must be in line
with business controls and meet business objectives.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Language requirement: Portuguese
- Shift:Night
- Growth-driven mindset.
- Excellent in Client Relationship Management.
- Detail-oriented.
- Candidate must be a Critical thinker with good problem-solving skills. Able to analyze information trends root cause.
- Highly organized and excellent in time management.
- Strong business writing communication and presentation skills.
- Quick learner and can educate the others on process updates.
