- Analyze inline defect signals process flows and tool behavior to detect anomalies
- Quarantine and escalate out‑of‑control process tools
- Drive continuous improvement through data‑driven problem solving
- Implement and refine inspection strategies to enable earlier defect detection
- Partner with global teams to align methods and share best practice
- Work with new inspection tools and strategies to drive towards earlier detection of problems and identify the sources.
- Bachelor’s degree + 3 years semiconductor manufacturing RDA or metrology experience in a 300mm fab
- Experience using data analytics scripting or programming for process optimization
- Ability to manage complex quality programs and collaborate across global teams
- Master’s degree + 1 year or PhD in Electrical Engineering Chemical Engineering or Materials Science
- Experience with advanced metrology and defect detection methodologies
- Strong communication leadership and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with root‑cause analysis data manipulation and correlation techniques
