Job Description Summary

Conduct inspection for all incoming engine parts / component for airworthiness, i.e, any obvious damage, defect, correct quantity, and specification against the Quality procedures and purchase orders.

Job Description

• Review related paperwork such as ATA 106, Authorized release certificate (ARC) versus Purchase order.
• Non-conformity parts included paperwork and ARC discrepancies to be quarantined and released upon criteria met.
• Complete the daily received part within 24 hours of receipt.
• Raise workflow for any non-conformity engine parts/ component.
• Work with related stakeholder to clear the quarantine parts.
• Monitor the urgent engine part status to enable it can be cleared from quarantine.
• Communicate to related stakeholder to push the engine modules/ tooling to owner on same day of receipt.
• Perform SAP transaction as required after inspection being conducted as per Quality procedures (QCWI).

• Diploma or Degree in Aviation or in Supply Chain or Engineering.
• Prior experience in an inspection of QA/QC from other fields and knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage.
• Fresh Graduates can be considered.
• Good command of both written and spoken in English.
• Good communication skills.
