Front Desk Receptionist
Location: On-site in Riverview FL
Schedule: Monday through Friday - 8 am to 5 pm
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
We are seeking a professional detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Riverview FL. This vital role is the first point of contact for visitors and employees alike and is responsible for managing front desk operations mail handling and supporting carrier invoice processing.
Key Responsibilities:Front Desk & Administrative Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly professional manner
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages; manage outgoing mail
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the front desk and lobby area
- Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed
Carrier Invoice & Billing Support:
- Ensure carrier invoices are paid to the correct factoring companies
- Answer all carrier inquiries via phone and email
- Resolve carrier billing disputes promptly and professionally
- Maintain positive relationships with carriers through timely and accurate communication
- Accurately create and maintain documentation in accordance with company policies and accepted accounting practices
- Research and process claims including communication with all involved parties
- Identify and address root causes of carrier billing errors
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Exceptional attention to detail; must maintain a high level of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid mathematical skills and the ability to work with numbers accurately
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
