· Perform Bank statement reconciliations.
· Research outstanding entries to ensure items are cleared in a timely manner.
· Prepare appropriate adjusting entries.
· Perform scheduled and ad-hoc analysis.
· Maintain appropriate files, reports, documentation, and data.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and accounting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, along with being self-motivated, ability to work independently, multi-tasking, and a high attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills and solid experience in standard Microsoft products are essential, especially with Excel.
- Associates Degree in Accounting, or 3+ years of experience.
- Demonstrable experience within an organization during its start-up and growth phases, executing through teamwork and collaboration.
- Strengths include problem solving, issue-resolution, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with all levels within the organization in a collaborative manner. Must be able to establish peer relationships and communicate effectively within cross-functional and external teams as well
