RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the team responsible for various activities in RTR – Inter company; reconciliations & month end related activities. Also providing guidance & training to other team members.
• Ensure readiness for month end activities, adherence to cut offs and completeness of all entries done by the team.
• Ensure integrity of balance sheet transactions and statutory compliance
• Ensure team alignment to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals.
• Identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility and propose potential solutions.
• Responsible to flag risks to clients and Accenture stakeholders and propose action plans where needed.
