Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work Location:- Bangalore, India
- Work Mode:- Hybrid, however candidate should be flexible to work as per client need
- Specific Needs:- Candidate with Mninimum 6 years of experience in recruitment from target industries will be preferred:- Power Systems, Engines, Aerospace, Controls, Defense, Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process: Conduct job scope meetings, develop sourcing strategies, and utilize various channels (ATS, databases, networking sites) to find and engage qualified candidates.
- Evaluate and assess candidates: Conduct phone interviews, review qualifications, and prepare candidates for interviews. Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate with candidates.
- Ensure service excellence: Adhere to compliance standards, maintain talent pipelines, and provide regular reporting on recruitment activities. Communicate proactively with stakeholders and offer consultative solutions to recruitment challenges.
- Act as a brand ambassador: Deliver exceptional talent while providing timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, providing consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources or related field, with minimum 3 years' recruiting experience in targeted industries (Power Systems, Engines, Aerospace, Controls, Defense, Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical)
- Proficiency in recruitment technologies (ATS, social media tools), Boolean search techniques, and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of HR principles and talent acquisition practices, with strong communication and negotiation skills
