Recruiter

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Works alongside another recruiter handling full cycle recruitment for all hospital positions to include RN, CNA, Allied Health, support staff and leadership.
• Provides a variety of recruitment, employee relations and compensation functions, as assigned, for all areas of the hospital.
• Provides assistance and support to the Hospital and the Human Resources Department in all functions, as required, to ensure the operating efficiency of the Department.
• Assist in the implementation of recruitment strategies to directly drive staffing efficiencies and reduce overtime & agency utilization.
• Provides recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers.
• Has a creative and diverse approach to recruiting challenges.
• Offers guidance and facilitates the offer negotiation process through to its completion.
• This position requires flexibility and confidentiality in all aspects of the job, and the ability to assist all employees, Department Heads and visitors in a courteous manner.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :

• High School Diploma or GED required, college degree preferred
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and oral in English)
