About the team:
We're hiring a Recruiter to support hiring incredible talent across our People, Talent Acquisition, and Administrative organizations. You will be partnering with leaders across these teams to drive strategic hiring. In this position, you'll create a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams throughout the interview process.
What you'll do day-to-day:
- Partnering with hiring managers and talent partners to understand requirements and establish effective recruiting strategies
- Managing and driving full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers for candidates from mid- to leadership levels
- Building a pipeline for multiple requisitions across our people, TA, and administrative teams
- Influencing business leaders and educating hiring managers on process, interviewing best practices, and decision making
- Providing regular status reports to TA leadership and business partners and ensuring data is up to date and compliant in our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Maintaining professional and courteous communication with candidates to manage each step in the hiring process and foster long-term relationships
- Being an ambassador for a positive candidate experience
About you:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (or equivalent)
- Proven success of sourcing and hiring passive candidates from competitive job markets
- Experience partnering and influencing hiring managers throughout the recruiting lifecycle
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly to changes
- Ability to be scrappy and resourceful with minimal to no guidance
- Ability to think on your feet, but with enough humility to ask questions
Bonus points:
- Previous start-up and/or tech experience preferred
- Experience hiring for recruiting and/or HR teams
- Experience and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting software (ideally including Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter)
Base pay is determined by market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Please note, some of our roles are open to additional levels which would impact the expected base pay.
