Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist recruiting team with coordinating activities throughout the entire staffing process.
- Coordinates candidate’s interview schedules to include both phone screens and in person interviews.
- Works with Executive Administration to ensure Executive availability for interviewing when required.
- Complies and communicates necessary resources to ensure a positive candidate and interviewer experience.
- Assist with day of activities for candidate interviews.
- Communicates clearly and promptly with candidates, interviewers and recruiters around changes to schedules.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree (HR preferred) or 1-2 years HR experience and/or any similar combination of education and experience.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
- Must be flexible and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency when appropriate
- Able to demonstrate sound independent judgment
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Must be detail-oriented and well organized
- Must exercise a high level of professionalism
- Must be approachable with a great customer service attitude
