As a Recruiting Coordinator and Sourcer Contractor, you will play a critical role in Podium’s recruiting process. You will be the go-to person for all logistics and own the overall candidate experience. You will be the first face that candidates meet and connect with and the first line of defense when it comes to candidate experience. You will also be responsible for screening resumes and sourcing exceptional talent.Â
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recruiting coordinator and sourcing experience and wants to continue developing their career in recruiting. We are seeking someone who is excellent at multitasking, will thrive in the ambiguity of a start-up environment, and is an exceptional collaborator. We would love to see a passion for technical or G&A recruiting. We’re looking for candidates who pay attention to detail, are go-getters, and have a visionary perspective! Â
What you will be doing:
- Support the recruiting team to facilitate candidates through the interview process, acting as the liaison between candidates and interviewersÂ
- Work with candidates to schedule interviews
- Provide an exceptional experience for candidates -- hosting all interviews -- as well as communicating with the candidates and answering questions
- Keep candidates continually informed throughout the hiring processÂ
- Screen resumes for a variety of technical and G&A positions
- Source talent through tools like LinkedIn RecruiterÂ
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating recruiting procedures and processes
What you should have:
- 1+ year of recruiting coordinator and/or sourcing experienceÂ
- Passion around creating a phenomenal people-focused candidate experience
- A positive personality and would be willing to jump in and help with special projects
- Expert written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently with little to no supervision, strong decision-making abilities, and attention to detail are critically important.
- Think like an owner. Take ownership and initiative within the tasks that have been assigned to you. Ability to work effectively and independently.
- Strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and ability to deliver results within a deadline
- Interest in building a career in recruiting / people operationsÂ
- Ability to professionally collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization

- Must be available to provide the services within U.S. business hours of 11pm - 7am Philippines Standard Time.
