Recruiting Coordinator & Talent Sourcer (Contract)

As a recruiting coordinator and talent sourcer at Array, you will be responsible for scheduling / rescheduling and the efficient communication across our talent process for all candidates and hiring managers. This role will require strong communication skills with tools like email, and Greenhouse ATS and scheduling software. This is a remote contract position.

You Have:

• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing GoodTime scheduling software, Greenhouse ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter to streamline recruiting processes and enhance candidate experience.
• Proven experience coordinating and managing recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and tracking application progress.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, utilizing various platforms and tools to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other team members.
• Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records and seamless coordination of interviews.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and innovative approaches in recruiting and talent sourcing.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, always seeking new strategies and solutions to enhance the recruitment process and find the best talent for the organization.

You Will:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in crafting effective job descriptions.
• Utilize GoodTime, Greenhouse ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter to schedule interviews, coordinate interview panels, and manage candidate communications.
• Employ various sourcing techniques, such as Boolean searches and social media outreach, to identify and engage with top talent in the industry.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, scheduling seamless interviews, and addressing candidate inquiries.
• Assist in the screening and evaluation of candidate applications and resumes to identify the best fit for available positions.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment process, including maintaining accurate candidate records, generating reports, and organizing recruitment events.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends to continuously enhance sourcing and recruiting strategies.
