Recruiting Operations Specialist
Job Description
As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will play a key role in the attraction and hiring of top talent for Forward Networks. Through innovative and creative approaches, the Recruiting Operations Specialist will establish and deliver processes, programs, and technology that enable us to compete and win in an increasingly competitive talent market. This person will play a critical role in the continuous improvement of the end-to-end recruitment process, drive critical TA business insights and analytics, manage key vendor relationships, and help measure the effectiveness of various TA initiatives. This role will collaborate very closely with a variety of key stakeholders at all levels in the US and India, including members of the TA community, HR and business leaders. This position reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition & HR and may be located anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver recruiting practices to ensure the attraction, evaluation and hiring of highly qualified and diverse talent
- Build the foundation for a data-driven TA organization by developing and reporting on critical metrics
- Deliver regular data and analysis to key stakeholders
- Functional ownership of recruiting within Greenhouse, our ATS. Ensure Greenhouse is configured and used to drive an optimal candidate and recruiter experience. Develop relevant documentation of the recruiting process. Partner with recruiters and HR to understand and address technology and process pain-points and drive solutions to optimize
- Enhance and develop new tools and solutions to drive automation within the recruiting process
- Assess recruiting channels and recommend improvements to elevate performance
- Identify and deliver recruiter training opportunities on tools and processes to ensure their success
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in recruiting tools and practices, the competitive landscape, market drivers, constantly educating and sharing this knowledge with others
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruiting Operations
- 1+ year of experience as a Recruiter or Sourcer
- Understanding of recruiting systems and platforms (i.e., ATS, CRM β Ideally Greenhouse and Gem) and how best to achieve full optimization and adoption
- Experience implementing systems and processes to support smooth and efficient day-to-day recruitingΒ
- Analytical experience developing and refining recruiting-related reporting, and analytics
- Strong project management skills
