What you’ll do as an Recruiting Specialist

• 100% on the phone
• Outbound phone calls to candidates who apply (headsets, dual monitor and laptops provided)
• Conduct pre-screening with candidates to cover basic questions ( template provided)
• Making job offers, sending background checks
• Scheduling new hires for new hire orientation

What you’ll need to be successful as a Recruiting Specialist

• Enjoy talking with people
• Bi-lingual (spanish / english) HIGHLY preferred
• Experience with MS Excel skills
• Experience with MS Outlook and MS Teams - 0365
• Able to work effectively and efficiently in a changing environment
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Familiarity with online job hunting websites
• Passion for People
• Can only hire in Arizona, Florida, Texas and New Mexico at this time.
