Important Note:
Although we list what we generally look for, we are very likely missing other attributes and skills that you have that could make you a great fit but are not currently listed. Research has shown this especially applies to women and other marginalized groups, who tend to apply if they check 100% of every box, versus men who apply if they hit roughly 60%. The point we’re getting at, it doesn’t hurt to take a chance and apply!
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering plus 1 year of related product-based experience
- Highly organized
- Great time management skills
- Technical troubleshooting mindset
- Fastidious attention to detail and a passion for quality
- Experience working with a variety of mechanical and electrical systems, including electrical testing of circuits
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - can convey complex technical topics in simple terms across internal departments
- Experience writing technical documents; creating processes and procedures a plus
- Experience working with database tools (JIRA is a plus)
- Experience with change control systems (EPDM, Github, ERP and PLM systems) a plus
- Familiarity with 3D CAD (Fusion360, SolidWorks, Onshape, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and be self-directed
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to work with technical and operational teams
- Eagerness to take on new projects and responsibilities
