The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for the generation of new sales opportunities in France and French speaking Northern Africa countries, utilizing Magnet Forensicsâ portfolio of products and solutions, servicing Law Enforcement and Government accounts.
Â
· Prospect for new clients (predominately law enforcement and government sector) within the assigned regional territory
· Develop detailed territory plans to drive expansion of customer base
· Prepare and deliver in market customer face to face presentations
· Develop an in-depth understanding of customerâs environment, workflow, and how our solution aligns with their needs
· Act on and qualify incoming leads
· Maintain complete and accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce
· Partner engagement to prioritize Magnet products and solutions in their portfolio
· Research and prioritize industry events in region, combined with creating Magnet hosted event
· Other duties as assigned

Itâs more important to us to find candidates who can display indicators of success through skills they have developed and experiences they have been a part of, than to find folks who have âbeen there, done thatâ. There are a couple must haves, but we will keep that list short:
· University or College Degree, preferably in Business or Marketing
· 5 + yearsâ experience in a sales role, selling software or technology solutions
· Track record of over-plan sales achievement
· Strong negotiation and closing skills
· Experience selling to government and/or law enforcement
· Proven experience in building and executing on detailed territory plans
· Competitive by nature with a drive to win
· Ability to work well independently or collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment
· Superior presentation and communication skills
· Creative with the ability to think on your feet
· French language essential

· Préparer et réaliser des présentations en face à face avec les clients sur le marché.
· Développer une compréhension approfondie de l'environnement du client, de son flux de travail et de la façon dont nos solutions s'alignent sur ses besoins.
· Agir sur les prospects entrants et les qualifier
· Maintenir une mise à jour complÚte et précise de toutes les activités de vente dans Salesforce
· Engager les partenaires à donner la priorité aux produits et solutions Magnet dans leur portefeuille
· Rechercher et prioriser les événements industriels dans la région, tout en créant des événements organisés par Magnet.
· Autres tùches en fonction des besoins.

Qualifications :
· DiplÎme universitaire de préférence en commerce ou en marketing
· + 5 ans d'expérience dans un rÎle commercial, dans la vente de logiciels ou de solutions technologiques
· Antécédents de dépassement de plan de vente
· Solides compétences en matiÚre de négociation et de clÎture de ventes
· Expérience de la vente aux gouvernements et/ou aux forces de l'ordre
· Expérience avérée dans l'élaboration et l'exécution de plans territoriaux détaillés
· De nature compétitive, avec une volonté de gagner
· Capacité à travailler de maniÚre autonome ou en collaboration avec d'autres personnes dans un environnement en constante évolution
· Compétences supérieures en matiÚre de présentation et de communication
· Créativité et capacité à penser de façon autonome
· Anglais et français courant.
