Regional Client Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Vice President, the incumbent will manage shop operations for all sites within a designated region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produces high quality print/copy deliverables for clients to meet deadlines.
- Manages all shop-related administrative responsibilities to meet all technical and billing requirements (Meter Reads, Time Reporting, and Equipment Maintenance Management).
- Ensures that all graphic/bindery/fulfillment equipment is being properly maintained and upgraded. Recommends new acquisitions that will increases productivity.
- Checks accuracy of billing (verifies pre-work order, pre-billing, and final billing files) daily and helps resolve billing issues on all jobs.
- Escalates all open Customer Service/Managed Print Services helpdesk tickets on a daily basis.
- Assists Major Account Manager(s) with accounts by sharing new information, contacting clients, visiting their clients, and hosting and attending seminars and events.
- Reviews and keeps the Client Relations Operations Manuals updated.
- Communicates on regular basis with Client Relations Manager/District Manager regarding client and staff concerns.
- Manages inventory and organize supplies.
- Keeps the site clean and organized.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of direct experience in the field or related area.
- Working knowledge of equipment and production materials.
- Superior customer service and experience working with customers both over the phone and in person.
- Ability to speak knowledgeably about department capability and company to potential and existing clients.
- Highly developed organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining focus.
- Ability to troubleshoot software/hardware problems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees when delegating work and explaining procedures and processes.
