We're looking for a Regional Manager, Talent Acquisition to help us transform the way primary care is delivered and how patients are served. Ideally, this leader will be based in Detroit, Indianapolis, or Chicago and will lead recruiting efforts for our employed medical group, Village Medical.

As the Regional Manager, Talent Acquisition you will be a hands-on leader trusted to balance ownership for driving strategic partnerships with our Operations leaders with developing and executing against a high-volume recruiting strategy. This leader will be accountable for strategy design, as well as market implementations and innovation on channel strategy and process unique to market characteristics. We need a player-coach who can lead and implement strategy and people, while executing day-to-day recruiting efforts. You’ll be trusted to own relationships with business leaders and be expected to attract and hire exceptional talent with a focus on our core values of Getting Stuff Done, Innovation, and Building Relationships. Â
How you can make a difference:
- Develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy to support the clinical and operational resource requirements necessary to launch clinics along with an implementation plan to successfully execute against the strategy
- Leverage knowledge of market-specific dynamics and healthcare landscape to efficiently transition and support clinic launches and ongoing recruiting needs
- Design and drive an online and in-person sourcing strategy for high-volume clinical roles that emphasizes Village Medical’s vision and differentiates us in the healthcare space and market
- Develop value propositions for roles that communicate culture and mission in ways that resonate with talent
- Champion an outstanding process experience for candidates and our business partners
- Collaborate effectively across the organization to continuously earn trust and establish strong relationships that position Talent Acquisition as a critical partner
- Identifying relevant industry trends or market obstacles and proactively communicating to leadership including market findings, candidate reaction to the opportunity, compensation data, etc.
- Expanding and refining our candidate database to build a reliable funnel for talent across all levels and discipline needs
- Building strategic and equitable search strategies that recognize diversity and skill gaps in concert with our Talent Development and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion teams

Experience to drive change:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience; proven, measurable success recruiting high volume clinical or operations roles for a medical group and/or in a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment
- 2+ years leading small or mid-sized recruiting teams
- Experience working in-house, partnering closely with cross-functional team members including Talent partners, fellow recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators alike
- Ability to work with--and influence--multiple facets of the organization (i.e. across function, level, location, etc.) and tailor communication based on the audience
- Excellent ability to relate to candidates focusing on both personal interests and experience and capabilities
- An aptitude for using data and reports to educate and influence leaders throughout the recruitment process
- Extreme flexibility and the desire to be a key contributor to an energetic and passionate team of recruiters
- Ability to travel within designated region as needed

- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years equivalent experience Â
