Why this role
As Regional Performance Manager you will be the primary out-bound conduit of proactive revenue optimization strategies at the Homeowner level. You will establish regional benchmarks and draw insights from data to create Homeowner outreach strategies to enhance holistic performance.  Understanding what revenue levers to pull and when will be critical to the success of this role. This team at Evolve will work closely with stakeholders across the organization working to drive listing performance projects that promote Homeowner durability.Â
What you’ll do
- Serve as the primary out-bound, proactive team focused on revenue enhancement and generation offering listing optimization advice to our homeowner clients.
- Proactively monitor listings performance markers such as average rate, booking windows, reviews and other key indicators to ensure booking performance and quality
- Identify gaps in performance, which could include lower than expected length of stay, average rate, or review scores and create projects to address, and collaborate with the homeowner, or internal teams to execute and resolve the performance issues.
- Consult with Homeowners and internal teams to learn/understand/master all optimization levers and when to pull them (seasonality, calendar availability, etc)
- Own key pieces of the optimization equation including Underperformance, Calendar Availability, and Homeowner Performance Communication
- Drive revenue by consulting with Homeowners on market specific best practices
- Understand, improve and challenge current processes to continuously create a better Evolver, Homeowner, and Guest experience
- Lead various ad hoc optimization projects as needed
What makes you a great fit
- 1+ years of Evolve experience or 3+ years of experience in a performance consultation type of role
- Innate ability to see the big picture for the company's objectives and the individual steps needed to reach those goals
- Ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to Homeowners to gain alignment and grow partnership/trust
- Self-starter and self-motivated - this role is project based and will require a curious mind
- Demonstrated ability to frame complex analytical problems, pull data, and extract insights that led to tangible business results
- Ability to think strategically and analytically
- Ability to take constructive feedback and a willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask, collaborate, and prioritize in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Location
Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both! As we grow, we are working towards opening remote opportunities across the entire U.S. We currently are able to hire across the U.S except in the following locations: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.Â
Compensation
For this role our salary range is $65,000-$74,000, depending on relevant experience.
