Our ability to unearth talent across a range of industry segments, job types and locations has enabled us to build an enviable client-base, with the majority of our work delivered on a retained basis. Following a recent strategic review, and with a major brand refresh in the pipeline, we are now actively seeking a Regional Recruitment Manager to join the leadership team and bring our vision to life.
Position Overview
In this diverse and hands-on role, as Regional Recruitment Manager you will report to the GM and act as the face of Talent Right in the ANZ market. With a high-performing recruitment operations team in place focused on sourcing, screening and shortlisting activities, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, monitoring performance, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as recruitment SME and trusted advisor to Talent Right’s portfolio of clients
- Build strong customer relationships and offer consultative advice, insights and solutions to help clients achieve their talent acquisition goals
- Drive recruitment delivery performance and the achievement of revenue targets
- Provide leadership, coaching and guidance for the recruitment operations team
- Deliver operational excellence by implementing efficient processes, systems, and best practices to enhance client experience
- Monitor feedback, customer satisfaction and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of service quality for both clients and candidates alike
- Develop candidate segmentation and engagement strategies to actively manage the applicant pool
- Deliver business development and strategic marketing activities to drive organisational growth

- A tenacious recruitment SME, with a proven track-record of fostering long-term client relationships, driving customer satisfaction and delivering results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic recruitment environment, adapting to changing priorities and client requirements
- Positive interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and effectively address client needs and concerns
- Comfortable in managing performance through data insights
- A leader who coaches for success and who inspires their teams to deliver exceptional performanceÂ
- Commercially astute with a growth mindset
