VRI, Modivcare company is looking for someone to be responsible for overseeing, cultivating, nurturing new business relationships within their assigned region that result in meeting and/or exceeding annual sales quota.
You will...
  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships at a C-level within Health Plans.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting margin of error +- 10%
  • Track key activities in salesforce.com and follow company sales standards and processes.
  • Provide ongoing support to high value clients ensuring they receive high quality client service.
  • Develop mutually agreeable revenue expectations and manage them on the timeliness, quality and development of new opportunities in their pipeline for fulfilling their targeted revenue goals
  • Possess subject matter expert product/service knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client's business.
  • Organize visits to current and potential clients.
  • Lead effort to find, articulate and develop mutually beneficial solutions that help drive value to the organization, the client and their members.
  • Lead effort with product/service knowledge, system design, quotes, RFP responses, and any other items concerning the selling process
  • Partner with long-term clients to maintain and grow business relationships with established clients.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and company departments.
  • Assist Financial Management in A/R resolution as requested for assigned clients.
  • Inform clients on a consistent basis of new products and services as they are introduced.
  • Recommend products and services that aligns with the clients' business needs.
  • Develop and execute successful sales strategies within selected market segments.
  • Create a strategic account plan in tandem with teams across the organization and is accountable to the execution of the plan.
  • Create strategic account plans within their assigned territory.
  • Network at and attends trade shows.
  • Initiate calls and attends meetings with prospective clients.
  • Participate in industry forums and associations.
  • Occasional business travel may be required.

We are interested in speaking with someone with the following...
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Seven (7) plus years proven success in direct sales, assertively selling services to commercial, institutional and or industrial clients.
  • Five (5) plus years experience with Health Plan Sales, especially proven track record in own sales execution, direct and indirect.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Salary: $125,000 - 135,000
