This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in United States.

This is a high-impact, revenue-driving sales role focused on expanding presence within a fast-growing cybersecurity market. You will be responsible for building and executing territory strategy across strategic accounts, developing long-term relationships with enterprise customers, and closing complex deals in a highly competitive space. The role requires a strong mix of new business development, consultative selling, and executive engagement, particularly at the C-level. You will operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where agility, ownership, and commercial excellence are essential. Collaboration is central, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape solutions that meet customer needs. Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional territory strategy to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across enterprise accounts.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to expansion, ensuring consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, within target organizations.
  • Lead complex deal orchestration involving multiple decision-makers and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Expand existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to tailor solutions and strengthen customer value propositions.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline management approach using structured sales methodologies.
  • Requirements:

    • 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, ideally within cybersecurity or related technology sectors.
    • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving consistent new business growth.
    • Experience selling complex, consultative solutions to enterprise and Fortune-level customers.
    • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDICC, or similar frameworks.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and navigate complex procurement environments.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
