Note to applicants: This role is a remote, field-based position that will require 30% travel. Seeking candidates located in or around Orlando, Tampa or Jacksonville.

Who You Are:

As Nutrabolt’s Regional Manager you will provide oversight and sales strategy of your region through managing a team of Area Managers and Field Representatives. You will report to the Regional Director over your assigned territory and will be responsible for carrying out the tactical strategies laid out by that business leader. This position requires 30% travel as you will be responsible for working with and assessing each Area Sales Manager and outlining areas of opportunity for them and the DP market that they cover

What You're Good At:

  • Responsibilities are split between managing a sales team and distributor partners. 
  • Acting as main point of contact for distributors in your assigned region. 
  • Designing and recommending sales programs and setting short- and long-term sales strategies.
  • Managing pricing, promotions, and billings for all distributors in assigned region based on the budgeted allocation received
  • Working with your Area Managers to discuss distributor partner performance and adjusting sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each distributor, via RSD planning & oversight. 
  • Conducting business reviews with distributor partner leadership monthly 
  • Evaluating and implementing appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume. 
  • Working directly with field marketing counterparts to identify and capitalize on key events that will build brand awareness in assigned territory
  • Working closely with the National Accounts team on selling in and programming
  • In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
    • Territory gross shipments
    • Territory depletions
    • UDS +50% growth

What You Contribute: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
  • 2-4 years of related experience
  • Great presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to maintain client relationships
  • Experience managing a team and proven track record as a leader
  • Possesses strong MS Office Suite skills
  • Emphasizes excellence and encourages high energy level
  • Demonstrates strong negotiation skills
  • Creative and problem-solving abilities
  • Sales planning expertise and strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and data driven
  • Pre-existing good working relationship with DPs of choice a strong plus
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license. If hired, certain insurance minimums are required.
