Regional Security Manager

We are a distinguished professional security company actively seeking a full-time Regional Security Manager for our operations in the Las Vegas area. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the safety and security of our organization. Responsibilities: • Formulate and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard the organization. • Supervise and lead the security team, encompassing recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. • Scheduling and payroll accountability. • Liaise with law enforcement agencies and emergency services to ensure a prompt and effective response to security incidents. • Account management • Implement strategies for loss prevention to mitigate risks such as theft and fraud. • Collaborate with various departments to establish and enforce access control measures. • Remain abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in security. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, or a related field is desirable • Proven 5+ years of leadership experience in the security industry. • Extensive business development and account management knowledge and experience • Proficiency in loss prevention strategies and techniques. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to efficiently manage a team and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. • Must be willing to learn and be coachable.
