  • Consistently track pipeline activity, sales performance, and client interactions to support accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
    • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within retirement plans, financial services, or related B2B solution-based environments.
    • Strong knowledge of retirement plan products, services, and the competitive landscape.
    • Proven ability to develop new business, manage client relationships, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
    • Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with internal teams and external clients.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel or similar productivity tools.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
    • Willingness to travel and engage in networking or industry events as needed.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation structure including base salary of approximately $100,000 plus incentive-based earnings.
      • Fully remote, national role within the United States.
      • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability coverage.
      • 401(k) retirement savings plan and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
      • Generous paid time off programs including flexible time off, company holidays, parental leave, and bereavement leave.
      • Professional learning and development resources to support career growth.
      • Access to financial wellness tools and employee product/service discounts.
