Remote - Client Relationship Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
What does a Client Relationship Manager do at Green Dot?
You will have an opportunity to manage relationships within the Tax Processing Group (TPG). You will support our Premier Partners through 1 on 1 relationships throughout the year.
As a Client Relationship Manager, you can look forward to:
- Developing 1 on 1 relationships with clients
- Responding to inbound calls, inquiries and performing strategic outbound call campaigns
- Maintaining salesforce reporting tool
- Completing annual contracts in Docusign
- Covering Premier Partner inbound calls during Tax season- additionally, Premier Partner direct calls and emails.
- Calling Top 750 Premier Partners after tax season as part of a strategic out-bound Retention call campaign.
- Travelling/attending/hosting IRS, virtual and Partner Vendor shows during the summer/fall.
- Conducting fall/pre-season call campaigns to present the annual TPG programs and enrollments for the upcoming tax season.
- Managing annual contracts, B2B loans, taxpayer programs, updates to manual reports, and organizing key client materials/mailings.

Required:
- Minimum 4 years of related experience in relationship management, customer service, and/or sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- Experience managing clients
- Tax or banking industry experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Bachelor's degree

PAY RANGE
The targeted base salary for this position is $79,700 to $121,800 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate's geographical location.
