Remote Customer Support - Phone and Email Support - English (4422)
Job Description
ModSquad has partnered with a global industrial company built around a differentiated and proprietary business model. From state-of-the-art dishwashers, ovens and refrigerators in restaurants and hotels, to automobile components inside vehicles all over the world.
We're looking for phone savvy mods to join this new client and project as we build this project to great success! This is not typical Phone CS, but more in the style of dispatching technicians out to our client's customers. Our mods will be responsible for collecting data and making those dispatches happen using client provided tools.
Hours:
Monday - Friday: 7 AM - 1 PM PT
Commitment:
10 hours per week. 5 hours are required on Saturday and/or Sunday.

What We're Looking For:
- Phone and email customer support experience.
- Multitasking skills and fast typing speed
- Great attention to detail
- Microsoft Applications knowledge a plus
- Five9 Application knowledge a plus
- Must be willing to install client tool applications
Workspace Requirements
- Typing speed of 40 WPM or better
- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (sorry, no Chromebooks for this opportunity)
- Willingness to install ModSquad's security software on your computer and mobile device
- Willingness to install AWS on your computer
- Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
- 8 GB RAM or better
- Dual monitors highly recommended
