What does a Graphic Designer do at Green Dot?

You will have an opportunity to work with internal and external teams to help design and develop creative digital marketing materials.

As a Graphic Designer, you can look forward to:

• Designing the aesthetics, visual design and/or layout of product artwork, component design, marketing materials and packaging to enhance product image.
• Collaborating with project teams to plan, analyze, organize and execute assigned projects.
• Assessing effectiveness of product imagery and presentation needs.
• Working with internal and external teams on design issues.

You have a working knowledge of multimedia software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects). You have strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. You have the ability to work with cross-functional teams and can work with detailed instruction on new assignments.

Required:

• Working knowledge of multimedia software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects)
• Web site design experience
• Knowledge of design and visual principles
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

• 2+ years of relevant Graphic Design experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing or related field
• Knowledge of FinTech products and services
• Knowledge of motion graphics a plus
• Knowledge of 3-D design software a plus

PAY RANGE

The targeted base salary for this position is $64,000 to $97,800 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate's geographical location.
