This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Sales Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue and market growth within the North America region, focusing on the equipment consumable market and various industrial verticals. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive sales experience and knowledge of the RFID industry to acquire new customers and nurture existing relationships. Collaborating closely with sales leadership and support teams, you will be at the forefront of facilitating business solutions that respond to customer needs while embodying our partner’s commitment to innovation and trust.

Accountabilities

  • Acquiring new customers and developing existing customer base in the region.
  • Understanding customer requirements during the pre-sales process and educating them on product offerings.
  • Driving the entire sales process, from prospecting to consulting and commitment of design-in solutions.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing management to plan and implement campaigns.
  • Attending and participating in tradeshows and partner events.
  • Hunting for new customers and growing revenue while nurturing relationships.
  • Completing forecasts and revenue reporting by regular deadlines.
  • Building a project pipeline to secure long-term business growth.
  • Acting as an industry expert in future market trends.
  • Requirements

  • High affinity for technical products and ideally technical training.
  • Understanding of RFID technologies is a plus.
  • Several years of sales experience with confidence in engaging with all customer levels.
  • Passionate about sales, particularly in components.
  • Experience in cold calling and remote selling.
  • Strong skills in hunting, cold-calling, and closing new customers.
  • Effective follow-up skills for inquiries from various stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop presentations as a subject matter expert.
  • Professional interaction skills with various teams and departments.
