Job Description
Quadient has an immediate opening for a Tier 2 Technical Support Advisor with at least 4 years of field experience or equivalent in troubleshooting and repairing complex mail equipment. The Tier 2 Technical Support Advisor is the central point of contact for Tier 2 technical phone support for the Field Service Technicians. This position requires troubleshooting, repairing and debugging for complex electromechanical equipment, mailing systems. Must have excellent computer, software, and communications skills, as well as the ability to foster strong customer relationships. This is an inbound call center position that requires monitoring of call stats and independent work. The ideal candidate will have related mechanical experience repairing equipment similar to mail machines, printers and copiers.

Your role:
- Answer incoming calls while adhering to daily work schedule.
- Maintain customer satisfaction while demonstrating a cooperative and friendly attitude.
- Provide technical support to field service technicians via phone, email, and other means of direct communications.
- Provide timely and effective resolutions to problems with maximum focus of efforts on maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot software problems to resolution .
- Work effectively within a team-driven environment.
- Make independent business decisions and use good judgment.
What you bring:
- Associates degree in information technology or closely related field and/or at least 4 years of experience in a technical support position.
- 2-4 of experienced in repairing and troubleshooting software solutions.
- Must have excellent computer, software, and communications skills, as well as the ability to foster strong customer relationships
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Flexible hours required, and work schedule may require over 40 hours on rare occasions.
