Position Overview
The Renewals Executive is responsible for driving, forecasting, and ensuring the closure of renewals. The role is also responsible for identification and creation of expansion opportunities. This role works primarily through direct customer engagement, collaboration with partners, and alignment with Worldwide Sales teams. In addition, this role focuses on the identification and mitigation of renewal churn risk and ensures the delivery of impactful customer experiences.
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales quotas
- Management of Opportunity Pipeline and Forecast for set of Midmarket accounts
- Provide deal-specific primary and secondary sales creation, development, presentation, negotiation and closure support
- Serves as an escalation point for all renewal issues that impact the customer's retention, and is responsible to drive execution of risk mitigation
- Identifies customer upsell & expansion opportunities
- Reporting and analysis of renewal performance results by customer segment, region, sales channel, and product
- Coordinate and execute collaborative channel partner, Midmarket sales and customer sales meetings to increase renewals performance
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years sales/renewals experience
- Proven ability to negotiate $1M+ complex sales/renewals deals
- Ability to build collaborative relationships in an inclusive environment
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
- Travel may be required

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $95,000 and $137,500. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries and/or OTE for sales roles, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
