Make Your Mark:
Specializes in assisting leadership in establishing its strategic direction and objectives. Creates long-term strategic and business development plans. Identifies firmÂ's strengths, weaknesses, and business opportunities. Develops, monitors, and collaborates with leadership in establishing its strategic direction and objectives and creates long-term strategic and business development plans. Supports the development of recommendations and approaches for strategic and operational improvements. Identifies and reviews industry and market trends; analyzes and applies this information in development of strategies for market segments. May assess metrics to gauge the success of new strategies.

Salary Range:
USD $112,000.00 - USD $149,000.00
Pay Transparency Statement:
Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
