Job Description
- Serve as the point of contact for any staffing needs across the agency including freelance and temp requests
- Consistently analyzing agency-wide staffing plans to ensure capacity metrics are aligned with timelines, deliverables and scope Â
- Find solutions to capacity issues with internal teams involving partner allocations and project staffing plans
- Maintain a constant knowledge and visual of current, upcoming projects and new business activities as they relate to internal staffing needs
- Continuously provide transparency with key, internal stakeholders to mitigate risk to staffing, resourcing and capacity planning
- Coordination with appropriate internal teams to ensure a seamless temp and freelance onboarding and introduction process
- Initiate independent contractor or external hiring solutions when internal staffing solutions do not exist – responsible for gathering approvals from leadership, validating salary ranges, margin and revenue details, and job descriptions
- Develop relationships across the organization to understand skill sets, passion points and current workload for all talent
- Inform capacity plans across the agency to ensure growth at scale
- Collaborates with Brand Operations and Project Management teams to identify internal process improvements; help guide the adoption of agency wide
- Support teams to define and measure project success using metrics, tools and resourcesÂ
- Assist with interviewing, training and onboarding new Brand Operations partnersÂ
- Guide the adoption and adherence of new/existing processes and standards agency wideÂ
- Report on utilization and other staffing metrics to leadership on a regular cadence, highlighting trends, opportunities and concerns
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required
- 2-3 years of resource management or project management experience, preferably in an agency or creative staffing firm
- Workflow management experience preferred (knowledge of Workfront a plus)
- Passion for empowering partners and clients with a seamless experience through process improvement and standardizationÂ
- Thrives in and contributes to a positive, collaborative and fun work environment.
- High energy, professional presentation and strong personal presence are required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong conflict resolution and problem solving ability
- Analytical and experienced in evaluating data to identify trends, opportunities and challenges
- Driven in creating and maintaining meaningful and productive relationships
- Comfortable being accountable to multiple stakeholders and managing schedules with multiple dependencies
- PMP, Six-sigma, ScrumMaster, RMCP certifications are a plus
- Must possess positivity, high energy, and a solid confidence level
- Viewed as a trusted advisor with a successful track record of building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels of the organization
