Job Description
We’re modernizing in-store marketing to help brands and retailers reach shoppers. Our platform makes it easy to run digital advertising campaigns throughout the physical grocery store.
Our team enjoys the complexities of a product that’s both physical and digital and balances the needs of retailers, brands, and agencies. We’re founder-led with Series B funding and values that prioritize ownership, growth, transparency, and partnership.
Here are the problems you’ll be solving
As a vital member of our operations team, your role encompasses managing daily interactions with our retail partners, providing them with exceptional customer support. You'll be instrumental in fostering relationships with these retailers, coordinating installations, aiding in the transformation of displays at retail locations, and swiftly addressing any technical issues that may arise on an ad hoc basis
Responsibilities
Ownership is a cornerstone of the employee experience. With that, we take pride in fostering an environment where our teammates can take the initiative for their growth and the success of their team & organization. Here are some responsibilities this role will own.
- Own the support and operations lifecycle for dedicated retailers
- Plan and support new retailer onboarding
- Leverage relationships to get retailer support to solve issues at scale
- Visit retailers and go to trade shows on occasion
Growth opportunities
Every individual hired has the opportunity to push themselves professionally and personally. If you’ve been in a larger organization with limited exposure to the full business or in a smaller organization with less complexity, this role could be a level-up opportunity.
- This role will have an opportunity to grow the individual in operations, basic logistics and account management. The role allows growth and ownership over a subset of the day-to-day business over time.
Qualifications
- You have experience in a customer success or customer support role
- You are comfortable troubleshooting technical issues over the phone
- Highly-detailed and an appreciation for organization
- Ability to work and collaborate with a small, fast-paced team
- Experience with retailer operations or CPG is a nice to have
Compensation
As a part of our commitment to transparency, we use a market-based formula that provides consistency across roles & experience levels and publish all of our compensation data internally for our team. We’re open to a range of experience levels for this position. Here are the annual salaries for each level:
-
