Retail Operations Manager

What you’ll need:

• Must be Los Angeles based
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4-5 years’ experience in retail operations or as a Store Manager
• Strong writing, and interpersonal skills 
• Superior ability to work cross functionally and provide leadership
• Strong ability to prioritize workload and multi-task with moderate supervision 
• Proven analytical and reporting skills with strong working knowledge of excel and office suite
• Strategic problem solver - assess the situation, identify opportunities, dependably execute
• High attention to detail and organization, ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines
• Solution-oriented approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and fluid environment, as well as situations of ambiguity and uncertainty
