As the Revenue Analyst you will be working closely with Revenue Ops leadership, the CFO, and Billing team members to ensure the alignment of monthly recurring revenue and user count with customer subscription agreements and amendments. Month-over-month flux analysis will be done to maintain accurate retention metrics and growth rates. In depth month-end revenue vs. retention analysis will be conducted to identify customer-level revenue complications. 

A typical day might include:

  • Reviewing and analyzing recurring revenue generated from subscriptions

  • Identifying errors and making corrections to MRR run-rate

  • Supporting the Billing team with aligning invoicing to contracts and usage

  • Creating revenue accruals for upload to the accounting system

  • Maintaining Tableau and Power BI data models

  • Performing ad-hoc analysis on business units, products, and customers 

This job might be for you if:

  • You are comfortable manipulating and analyzing large data sets

  • You have proven experience completing time sensitive responsibilities at a high degree of accuracy

  • You have prior experience with subscription services

  • Identifying problems and communicating potential solutions is something you enjoy

Bonus points for experience with: 

  • Billing systems

  • Excel

  • Preparing month-end journal entries

  • Data visualization software
