Revenue Assurance Senior Associate - Remote

The Revenue assurance analyst ensures the completeness and accuracy of SaaS revenue processed through and integrated end to end quote to cash system. The analyst completes regular financial analysis identifying revenue leakage and executes recurring revenue controls. The analyst will act as an initial point of understanding for unexpected variance in revenue and will communicate issues with a key stakeholders including the Deal Desk, Sales, IT, Finance and Accounting. The analyst will work across the organization to identify and address the root cause(s) for lost revenue or control deficiencies. 

• Ensure expected revenue assurance controls are in place and effective for end to end data flow from Order to GL. Monitor and address any impacts to revenue assurance/leakage resulting from system/process changes 
• Support month end accounting processes related to revenue assurance
• Perform regular review and analysis that identifies revenue leakage 
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address/eliminate identified leakage.
• Expert on Saas product catalog and data flows analysis
• Act as liaison to auditor's providing support both internally and externally

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field or equivalent experience in accounting role/finance role
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in other standard office applications
• Internal/External Audit experience with Demonstrated process flow review and documentation knowledge 
• Big 4 audit experience and/or experience in a similar revenue analysis role for a SaaS company

• Experience with Zuora quoting and billing
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
