This will reshape philanthropic giving, empower digital transformation, and bring the social good sector the technology it needs to accelerate lasting social change.• Verifies accuracy of customer billing and related information.• Manages customer account setup for billing in compliance with contract terms and conditions.• Ensures accuracy of customer billing setup and invoice runs.• Adjusts billing parameters to reflect contract changes.• Researches and resolves customer disputes and complex customer escalations.• Ensures the accurate processing of sales tax, fees and other miscellaneous charges.• Prepares billing reconciliations and root cause analysis for identified problems or discrepancies.• Ensures procedures are followed and documentation maintained for SOX compliance.
