Textio's mission is to build software that interrupts bias in communication and creates inclusive understanding between people. Our category-defining augmented writing products deliver insights into organizations' culture and language patterns, helping build more equitable workplaces.
We believe that the future of writing is knowing who will respond to anything you write before you even publish it. Textio’s augmented writing platform is delighting customers, and we are growing fast. Textio has already changed the way that thousands of companies write and hire.
You’ll start from an outstanding foundation. Almost ten years into Textio, we have strong enterprise relationships with companies like Johnson & Johnson, NBA, Cisco, and many more. We are building something that people haven’t seen before, and it is making them successful.
In this role, you will work with our Sales teams to drive enablement initiatives so that they can continue to deliver consistent, outstanding customer experiences as we grow. You will be responsible for the full enablement process including content development partnership with marketing, knowledge sharing, training delivery and measuring overall effectiveness of your programs. We are an innovative team that loves learning by making and listening to the loop in everything we do!
What you’ll be doing:- Craft and develop innovative enablement and training programs for our Revenue team, including new employee onboarding, ongoing training and go-to-market coordination.
- Collect, organize and report on feedback from our partners to ensure we continuously build better, more inclusive programs each time.
- Build and maintain enablement content and content strategy to ensure everything we create is accessible and easy to find by our partners.
- Work across partner teams to ensure that we have alignment in everything that we build.
- Be empowered to help onboard new Textios in the revenue organization.
- Have experience building B2B SaaS revenue enablement programs. Having done so as part of a new team is a plus but not required.
- Know how to convey a vision—you can capture the value of new programs and effectively communicate that primarily to AEs, but also to CSMs and MDRs.
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing—Textio stands for editorial quality, and you do too!
- Are results-minded and see how to capitalize on the diverse strengths of people around you to succeed.
- Are curious and have the desire to learn new skills and step into unknown challenges.
- Have a point of view but are low ego.
- We’d be especially excited if you’ve worked with similar teams in a SaaS startup before. If you have any prior experience in recruitment, HR tech, or machine learning tech, don’t forget to mention it.
We are looking to build a truly diverse, equitable, and inclusive team. We have a number of outstanding benefits to support that.
- We offer flexible schedules and unlimited time off. Take vacations to recharge and work the schedule that makes sense for you. We’re about long-term growth and success, so that means working sustainably.
- We provide outstanding health care, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family.
- Paid time to volunteer at non-profits. If you volunteer enough, we’ll match your hours with donations.
- On demand mentoring with Bravely.
