Key Responsibilities
  • Ensures effective decision-making and monitoring of Trade investments ('Revenue Management') and monitors the achievement of targets (in terms of sales, profit, service level, customer satisfaction) on the level of GBUs, countries and MCO.
  • Contributes to Market Intelligence (competitor & customer analysis, market and Trade channel monitoring).
  • Be a partner to determine Trade investments (Commercial Policy) from end-to-end, fully engaging and providing benchmark, guidance and specific recommendations to all relevant Business Units and functions and leverages cost synergies across GBU's.
  • Contributing to the MCO Trade Strategy in terms of Channel and portfolio mix, Commercial policy and Route-to-market strategy.
  • Monitoring return on trade investments, including via the Revenue Management & Customer Account profitability (CAP) analysis both for distributors and retail pharmacies and Retail price monitoring.
  • Perform robust analysis that provide visibility of the value chain economics (pricing, commercial conditions, trade margins) and bring proposals for actionable commercial activities that deliver absolute Gross Margin growth.
  • Capture maximum value from customized commercial offers to channels and customer segments, while ensuring different conditions don't create discrepancies in between similar customers.
  • Develop and roll-out guidance on price monitoring on free price products (OTC) from final payer/consumer price to Sanofi gross price to support commercial activities.
  • Roll out and embed Trade investment processes and KPI's (including the Revenue Management tool and Key Customer Account profitability).
  • Demonstrate the added-value Revenue Management brings to the Sanofi's growth agenda.

About you
  • Education:
  • University degreein a Business Related Area or Life Science.
  • Experience;
  • Experience on a similar senior managerial position, minimum 3 years.
  • Languages: Fluent knowledge of English and native Polish.
  • Skills and competencies:
  • Strong analytical skills; good understanding of statistical analysis tools.
  • Demonstrates capacity to learn and understand business, regulatory, financial, legal issues and their impact on the daily business.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to lead teams, cooperate in matrix environment, communicate, present, persuade and argument, manage changes.
  • Ability to challenge status quo; Develops fresh approaches in order to deliver results.
  • Ability to work on their own initiative and make impactful decisions. Take action instead of waiting to be told what to do.
  • Ability to prospect for/ generate new opportunities; Act in the interest of our patients and customers.
  • Ability to put the interests of the organization ahead of own or those of the team.
