Revenue Operations Analyst

The team is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to support the Go to Market team. The role will consist of supporting the overall revenue generation and optimization process of the organization. You will work closely with various teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer support, to ensure efficient and streamlined operations that maximize revenue growth. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify process improvements will contribute to the company's success in achieving its revenue targets.

• Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards that provide insights into key performance metrics, such as revenue by product, region, customer segment, and sales representative.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to optimize revenue strategies.
• Document revenue-related processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Liaise with sales, marketing, finance, and customer support teams to align revenue strategies and ensure effective communication.
• Contribute to revenue forecasting by analyzing historical data, market trends, and sales pipeline information.

• 1-2 years minimum working in either contract, orders administration, deal desk, sales or sales operations
• 1+ years of experience working with or supporting sales representatives, finance, legal and operations teams.
• Experience using Salesforce or CRM systems.
• Experience with billing/revenue cycle management technology, process improvement or workflow implementations a plus
• Strong ability to use data to understand workflows and assess operational effectiveness
• Experience using Salesforce

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
