Revenue Operations Coordinator

As Relyance AI’s Revenue Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for optimizing revenue-generating activities and ensuring the alignment of sales, marketing, and finance functions. You will have a strong analytical mindset, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be eager to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

You must be able to meet in person in the San Mateo Office two days a week every other week. 

As a Revenue Operations Coordinator, your role will include:

• Assisting in optimizing revenue operations processes, including lead management, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.

• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to analyze and improve lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition strategies.

• Schedule and conduct Sales enablement sessions for new hires as well as upskill the existing team.

• Supporting the implementation and management of CRM and marketing automation platforms.

• Helping maintain and analyze sales data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

• Contributing to the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, tracking their effectiveness and ROI.

• Working on cross-functional initiatives and projects to improve revenue operations efficiency and effectiveness.

This role could be a fit for you if you bring:

• 1+ years of experience in an operations-related role.

• Experience working with marketing automation platforms, specifically Hubspot.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.

• Knowledge of sales and marketing processes and best practices.

Bonus points for:

• Experience in an early-stage tech company.

• Experience with revenue forecasting and reporting.

As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000.
