The Opportunity
We have successfully doubled our revenue in consecutive years and we are continuing on that trajectory. As we scale up our partnerships team, we need to establish better systems and processes in support of the team so they can be as successful as possible.
In this role, you will work closely alongside sales leadership, finance, and marketing to build and continuously improve all aspects of selling motions and management of our customer life cycle tracking within PicnicHealth.
Your impact on the company will include increasing our win and conversion rates, shortening the sales cycle & new AE ramp timeline, and maximizing customer retention rates…all of which lead to higher revenue and faster growth for the company.
As the Director of Revenue Operations & Enablement, you will be responsible for:
- Managing all aspects of revenue planning including forecasting, sales target setting, vertical analysis, recommendations for incentive, and performance tracking to goal
- Owning the playbook, sales content management, sales and renewal operations and processes improvement, and management of any associated tools
- Leading sales technology stack, with a scoreboard mentality that increases visibility of sales performance, starting with the CRM, to ensure we are adopting sales tools that accelerate the sales cycle, improve the team’s efficiency, and drive improvements in the customer buying experience
- Ensuring seamless relevant workflows between marketing, sales, and success to drive commercial efficiency
- Creating foundational sales training programs and lead training sessions in tandem with sales managers
- Defining key performance indicators and reporting to executive leadership
You are a great fit if you have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in revenue operations, sales operations, sales, and/or finance
- Relevant experience in go-to-market, sales coverage, and sales compensation management
- Strong modeling and quantitative skills
- Salesforce administration and management
- Excited about process improvement and optimization and building high impact infrastructure
- Ability to wear multiple hats
- Have worked at a fast-growing start-up before, preferably with large, enterprise deals
- Extra bonus points if you have an understanding of the biopharma industry and drug development process
