We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives by overseeing and optimizing our marketing technology stack, with a strong focus on Marketo and Salesforce. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline marketing processes, ensure data integrity, and enable effective campaign execution. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Marketo in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Our target salary range for this role will be between $110-$120k annually, dependent on prior professional experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee the configuration, administration, and optimization of Marketo to support marketing and sales activities.
  • Ensure the seamless integration between Marketo and Salesforce, maximizing the flow of data and maintaining data integrity.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and customer journeys through various analytics tools integrated with Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other relevant teams to streamline marketing processes and workflows using Marketo and Salesforce capabilities.
  • Develop and enforce data governance practices to maintain accurate and reliable customer and prospect data within the systems.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and automation to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the marketing team in campaign planning, execution, and tracking within Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Build, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and forms using Marketo.
  • Utilize Salesforce for lead management, lead scoring, and campaign tracking to optimize lead generation and nurturing efforts.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to provide marketing performance insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Generate regular reports on key marketing and sales metrics, including campaign effectiveness, lead conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
  • Provide ongoing support, guidance, and troubleshooting assistance to end-users to ensure effective utilization of marketing technology.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a Marketing Operations Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on Marketo.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and optimizing Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Proficient in marketing automation, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Marketo and Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
